Ylem: the hypothetical initial substance of the universe from which all matter is derived.


Here’s a word we caught this week. We thought we’d share ylem with you since, even know we aren’t quite sure how to pronounce it, it just oozes space.

Here’s an example of it in use:

They say that, at the end of the day, we’re all just stardust. I disagree, I’d say we’re all ylem!
