Here’s a word we caught this week. We thought we’d share saxicolous with you because we just can’t get it out of our heads… primarily because we still can’t say it. We’ve been trying all day!

Here’s an example of it in use:

‘Are birds saxicolous animals?’ the student enquired. She’s four years old, so, despite the obvious answer, the teacher was most impressed.
