Make this description as comprehensive as possible and provide whoever is booking you with enough detail on the subject matter that they are confident they know what to expect.
It's easiest if you include travel expenses up to a distance from where you live, and then charge extra mileage over and above. However, it's up to you how to charge.
We suggest you have different talks for different durations. For example, if you work in schools you might have 1-hour, half-day, and full-day rates. In this case, submit 3 forms so we can create products for each, and you should tailor the description according to the duration.
Please enter the amount you want to be paid after we have deducted the booking fee.
This might include facilities/equipment you require, number of people you expect to present to, conditions of booking, etc - anything that is essential for people to know BEFORE they book you.
